5.5 The Verified badge displayed on paid listings indicates that the professional has self-declared their regulatory status and accepted My Legal Hub's Professional Terms. It does not constitute independent verification by My Legal Hub. My Legal Hub periodically cross-references declared regulatory numbers against publicly available registers including the SRA, Faculty Office, Bar Standards Board, CLC, OISC and IPReg.
Professionals marked as "Verified on My Legal Hub ✓" have confirmed their regulatory registration and agreed to our Professional Terms. Verification does not constitute an endorsement of the quality of their services. My Legal Hub accepts no liability for the services provided by any Professional listed on the platform.
Search results on My Legal Hub are generated using a combination of our internal database and the Google Places API. Results marked as Google-sourced have not been verified by My Legal Hub. The inclusion of any Professional in search results does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.
Registered and verified My Legal Hub platform members may appear first in search results. This placement reflects their verified status on our platform and not necessarily their suitability for your specific legal matter.

My Legal Hub operates as an introducer platform. In accordance with the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (LASPO), My Legal Hub does not pay or receive referral fees in relation to personal injury claims. Platform subscription and listing fees are charged for platform access only and are not contingent on any individual referral.
11.1 Paid subscriptions are billed monthly on a rolling basis. No minimum term or annual contract applies.
11.2 You may cancel your subscription at any time from your professional dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you retain full access to your listing until that date. No refund is issued for any unused portion of the period already paid for.
11.3 On cancellation, your listing will be deactivated at the end of the billing period. Your account data is retained and your listing can be reactivated at any time by taking out a new subscription.
11.4 My Legal Hub does not issue pro-rata refunds for mid-period cancellations. If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us at info@my-legal-hub.com within 14 days of the charge date.
My Legal Hub processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how we collect, use and protect your personal data.
