  • You must be 18 or over to make a Will (exceptions exist in some jurisdictions for married minors or military personnel).
  • The Will must be in writing — a verbal Will is not legally valid in most countries.
  • You must sign the Will at the end in the presence of exactly 2 witnesses, both present at the same time.
